Adobe has announced a major expansion of its agentic ecosystem, with the world’s largest agency holding companies and system integrators standardizing on CX Enterprise for agentic marketing solutions. The agency roster includes dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell, and WPP. System integrators building industry-specific solutions on the platform include Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM, Infosys, PwC, and TCS. Technology partners deepening integrations include Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Cloud, IBM, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and OpenAI.
The scope of this alignment is remarkable. When six of the world’s largest agency networks and nine of the largest consulting firms independently commit to the same agentic platform, the market has rendered a verdict on where enterprise CX orchestration is heading. These are not pilot programs. Agencies are rebuilding their delivery models around agent orchestration, using CX Enterprise as the foundation for client solutions that will define how brands interact with customers for the next decade.
For marketing leaders evaluating platform decisions, the partner ecosystem often matters more than the platform itself. Talent availability, implementation support, and industry expertise follow platform adoption. When Publicis and Accenture both standardize on the same system, the talent pool, the best-practice library, and the integration ecosystem will concentrate there. That gravitational pull makes platform switching costs rise with every quarter of ecosystem growth.
