LiveRamp announced the expansion of its first-party data activation capabilities on Netflix to ten new geographic markets in November 2025, extending beyond the United States to Canada, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, and Australia. The expansion enables advertisers in these markets to incorporate their first-party data for behavioral insights and targeting capabilities against Netflix’s advertising audience.

With Netflix Ads Suite, advertisers can now match their data sets through LiveRamp’s data collaboration platform for audience targeting and measurement across Netflix’s ad-supported tier. The integration allows brands to connect their customer data with Netflix’s viewing audiences without exposing raw data to either party.

The expansion reflects the accelerating convergence of streaming media and data collaboration infrastructure. As connected television advertising scales globally, the ability to apply first-party audience data across premium streaming environments becomes a competitive differentiator for brands competing for attention in ad-supported entertainment.

LiveRamp’s data collaboration platform has demonstrated measurable impact for advertisers. A Forrester Total Economic Impact study published in June 2025 found the platform drove 313% ROI for brands through improved targeting precision and reduced data management costs.

The Netflix partnership positions LiveRamp as a critical infrastructure layer between advertiser data and premium streaming inventory, a role that gains strategic value as more streaming platforms launch or expand their ad-supported offerings.
