HubSpot announced over 200 product updates at its Fall 2025 Spotlight event on September 3, 2025, with the Breeze AI ecosystem serving as the central pillar of the company’s evolution toward hybrid human-AI teams. The release positions HubSpot as a platform where AI agents operate as persistent team members rather than occasional assistants.
The Breeze AI suite now includes over 15 specialized agents spanning marketing, sales, and service functions. Key agents include the Content Agent for generating landing pages, blog posts, and case studies using CRM insights, a Prospecting Agent functioning as a 24/7 business development representative, and a Customer Agent that resolves support tickets automatically.
Karen Ng, EVP of Product, framed the urgency: “AI transformation is happening whether we’re ready or not. The question isn’t if AI will change your business, it’s whether you’ll lead that change or be left behind.”
New infrastructure includes Breeze Marketplace for discovering and installing agents, Breeze Studio for customization, and Custom Assistants that allow teams to build specialized experts for specific business needs. The Breeze Assistant now features web search, memory, file upload, and connections to Google Workspace and Slack.
HubSpot also announced Data Hub, a unified data foundation addressing the finding that most businesses make decisions using only 20% of available data. A new Gemini connector entered closed alpha, expanding AI model options for joint customers.
