Creatio unveiled its 10x platform release on July 15, adding two new tools to its CRM: AI Twin, which lets any employee build a personal AI agent by describing a task in plain language, and AI Studio, a governance console that lets IT and operations teams build, deploy and audit agents at scale across sales, marketing and service workflows. “The future belongs to enterprises that can seamlessly combine human creativity, expertise, and decision-making with the scale and speed of AI agents,” said Burley Kawasaki, SVP of Creatio Industries, at the launch event.
The 10x release extends AI-built audience segmentation, campaign asset generation and campaign orchestration into the marketing side of Creatio’s CRM, alongside AI-assisted forecasting in sales and expanded omnichannel chat in service. But the headline addition is not another agent, it is the command center for controlling the agents already being built: policy enforcement, approval workflows, usage auditing and ROI tracking across departments.
That framing is the real signal. Every major CRM vendor, from Salesforce’s Agentforce to HubSpot’s Breeze, has spent the last year racing to add agents. Creatio’s bet is that once every vendor can build an agent, the differentiator moves to who can prove, to a compliance team or a CFO, exactly what an agent did and why. Marketing leaders evaluating agentic CRM tools should now be asking vendors for the audit trail as insistently as they ask for the feature list.
