Criteo expanded its GO platform with full self-service access for small and mid-sized businesses and growth-stage commerce brands, enabling cross-channel, full-funnel performance campaigns in as few as five clicks. The platform, announced in March 2026, is led by former Google Head of Shopping Courtney MacConnell, who joined Criteo to run the GO business unit.

The expansion addresses a structural gap in commerce media: enterprise-grade programmatic capabilities have historically required agency relationships or dedicated ad-ops teams. GO reduces that barrier by packaging Criteo’s AI-based optimization, audience targeting, and cross-retailer inventory access into a simplified interface designed for teams without programmatic expertise.

Separately, Criteo was named a Leader in the QKS Group SPARK Matrix for Retail Media Network and Monetization Platform in Q2 2026, receiving the highest overall positioning across both Technology Excellence and Customer Impact. The company’s 2026 roadmap emphasizes flexible measurement that goes beyond media metrics to commerce outcomes, AI optimization with transparency that preserves manual control, and holistic retail optimization that harmonizes merchandising, media, and experience goals.

The combination of self-service accessibility and enterprise recognition signals Criteo’s intent to own commerce media across the market spectrum rather than defending only the enterprise segment.
