Demandbase announced Agentbase on March 4, 2025, introducing a system of connected AI agents designed to transform B2B pipeline growth through unified go-to-market execution. Unlike isolated AI features, Agentbase operates from a shared data foundation across marketing, sales, and revenue operations, enabling agents to coordinate actions across the entire account lifecycle.
The initial deployment includes a Campaign Outcomes Agent that optimizes bidding strategies within the Demandbase B2B demand-side platform, and an Account Engagement Agent that summarizes engagement activities and highlights key account insights for revenue teams.
Early results from Q4 2024 pilots showed campaigns using Demandbase intent and engagement models achieved 40% higher click-through rates and 25% greater lift in page visits compared to standard campaigns.
Umberto Milletti, Chief R&D Officer, addressed the core problem: “Organizations today struggle with fragmented data and siloed AI agents working on disconnected tasks.” Agentbase is architected to solve this by connecting agents through a unified data layer that shares account intelligence, intent signals, and buying group insights across teams.
Demandbase also launched an AI Design Partner Program for customer collaboration on agent innovation. Additional strategic agents are planned over coming months, built on an open architecture that supports integration with existing enterprise workflows.
