Fullspan Health, the B2B healthcare marketing platform from RVO Health, has launched AIQ, a measurement tool built to tell pharma and health marketers exactly how their brands show up inside AI-generated answers on Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, according to the company’s own release. The tool tracks when and how a brand is referenced, cited and linked across those platforms, turning what has been a black box for most marketers into a reportable metric.

The numbers Fullspan is using to sell the product make the case for why this category exists at all. Its own portfolio, which includes Healthline, Healthgrades and Medical News Today, appears in roughly two-thirds of AI answers across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for the condition categories it tracked, reaching 81% citation for migraine content and 85.4% for cystic fibrosis queries, and Healthline was cited 15.5 times more often than the next health publisher in oncology and rare-disease queries. “AI is rapidly becoming a new front door to health, reshaping how consumers discover information, evaluate options and decide what to do next,” said Christine Maguire, EVP and Chief Business Officer at Fullspan Health.

The original insight here is not that AI search is changing discovery, which every marketer already knows. It is that visibility inside AI answers is concentrated enough, in at least this vertical, to be measured and sold as a moat rather than treated as an unknowable variable. A publisher cited 15 times more often than its nearest competitor in one query category is a defensible position a brand can build toward or has already lost. The lesson travels beyond healthcare: AI citation share is becoming a trackable asset with real dispersion between winners and laggards, and the brands measuring it now will have a baseline before the gap turns permanent.
