At Thread 2026, its annual customer event on May 26, Attentive unveiled a roadmap of agentic AI marketing capabilities designed to reach production before Black Friday Cyber Monday 2026. The announcements position the SMS and email marketing platform as a player in the broader agentic marketing category rather than a channel-specific tool.
Key capabilities announced include Brand Voice 2.0, which gives marketers expanded omnichannel control over how AI-generated messaging reflects their brand identity; a Reporting Agent providing conversational analytics that surface insights and identify optimization opportunities; Predictive Analytics for AI-powered forecasting and performance recommendations; and AI Campaigns, a new product designed to provide campaign recommendations and orchestrate end-to-end campaign creation using customer signals.
Attentive also announced the expansion of Rich Communication Services (RCS) support, calling it “a fundamental shift from static text to dynamic, app-like experiences” with verified branded conversations and interactive content natively integrated into the platform. The company’s strategic partnership with Yotpo, now implemented by over 400 brands, brings loyalty program data directly into mobile messaging workflows.
The agentic roadmap reflects Attentive’s broader vision for what it calls “Marketing Made Personal,” where AI systems continuously learn, recommend, optimize, and act on behalf of marketers to create connected customer experiences at individual scale.
