Zeta Global and Palantir Technologies announced a seven-year strategic partnership on June 23, 2026, combining Palantir’s Foundry infrastructure with Zeta’s marketing intelligence capabilities. The deal targets over 100 million dollars in annual revenue for Zeta and signals a new category of enterprise marketing infrastructure where operational data and customer data merge into a single decisioning layer.

Under the agreement, Zeta will rearchitect its Data Cloud on Palantir Foundry, enabling Athena by Zeta (the company’s AI-powered intelligence layer) to access a broader range of enterprise data and deliver real-time marketing decisions at scale. Palantir CEO Alex Karp stated: “Bringing together containerized architecture and AI in the context of marketing will transform this industry.”

The partnership reflects a growing enterprise requirement: marketing decisions that account for supply chain constraints, inventory levels, and operational capacity in real time. Zeta CEO David Steinberg framed the thesis directly: “The next generation of enterprise value creation will come from connecting operational intelligence with customer intelligence.”

For enterprise marketing teams, the combination means campaign decisions informed not just by customer intent signals but by whether the business can actually fulfill the resulting demand. It represents the agentic marketing pattern applied at operational scale.
