The MarTech Summit London returns on 10 and 11 November 2026 at Convene 155 Bishopsgate. Its 2026 agenda is built around a problem most marketing teams now share: the AI tools are bought, the pilots have run, and the board wants to know what changed.
The organisers describe the usual story behind that question: a stack held together by integrations nobody fully owns, a first-party data plan stuck between IT and legal, and a CFO asking why personalisation costs what it does. We have reported the same pattern, from GTM teams deploying AI agents faster than their governance to tool sprawl that one more AI agent will not cure and personalisation that wins on metrics while losing customer trust.
Who attends
This is the sixth London edition and the flagship of the organiser’s global series. The organisers expect more than 600 senior marketing, customer experience, digital, data and technology leaders from across EMEA, and say about 85% of the room is Director level or above. Past attendees include HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Unilever, Diageo, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Vodafone and M&S.
Speakers this year come from Liverpool FC, JP Morgan Chase, Barclays, De’Longhi Group, Virgin Media O2, Sainsbury’s, Moody’s, Knight Frank, Reckitt and Diageo. The line-up includes Helen Bennett of Liverpool FC, Ashley Flight of JP Morgan Chase, Sesi Sijuade of Barclays and Ishaan Kaul of Reckitt. The summit has a no-repeat rule for speakers, so each edition brings a new line-up.
The six tracks
More than 90 speakers run 33 sessions across three stages: strategic keynotes, a B2B stage and a B2C stage. The agenda covers:
- AI-powered marketing: AI agents, generative AI, decisioning, governance and content workflows.
- Data and customer intelligence: first-party data, CDPs, analytics and predictive marketing.
- Customer experience: personalisation, customer journeys, loyalty and omnichannel engagement.
- MarTech operations: marketing automation, stack integration, content management, DAM and RCS messaging.
- Growth and revenue: marketing ROI, demand generation and sales alignment.
- Leadership and strategy: content, Generative Engine Optimisation and brand trust.
The full agenda and speaker line-up are on the summit site. Summit week also includes WoW! The London Edit, a programme of workshops and invitation-only executive dinners.
